Aletheia IMS personnel have completed the Configuration & Training of Bristow Helicopter's Group's Safety Management System at their Aberdeen Airport Location. This included the building of Air Safety, Maintenance, Ground Handling, Medical SAR and Inspection Reporting Systems. This shall help Bristow's retire legacy systems, automate Global Safety Processes and increase safety across the group.

Aletheia IMS Personnel have completed the installation, configuration and training for Al Burhan Airways', Baghdad, Iraq new Safety Management System. Aletheia IMS shall continue to support Al Burhan Airways through their IATA IOSA Licencing through regular Audit and Inspection.

Aletheia IMS Personnel have completed the Installation, Review, Configuration & Training for Hadeed's Integrated Management Systems in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Hadeed are held compliant to numerous International Standards and Internal SABIC Requirements including, ISO9001 (QMS), ISO51000 (EnMS), RC14000, ISO22301 (BCMS), ISO17025 (Lab) & SABIC SHEMS.

 

Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed) is wholly owned by the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). It is the first integrated iron and steel complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. HADEED started production by the beginning of 1983 with an annual design capacity of 800,000 metric tons of long products. Hadeed’s Flat Products Complex with an annual design production capacity of 850,000 tons of hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized flat steel products started commercial production in January 2000.

 

Following several enhancements and expansions, the annual production capacity HADEED facilities exceeded 3.3 million metric tons of long products, and 2.2 million metric tons of flat products.

Long Products: reinforcing bar, rebar-in-coil, wire rod coils, light sections and steel billets.

Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Review, Training & Configuration of Airbus Defence & Space's Safety Management System (SMS) & Quality Management System, at RAF Brize Norton in the United Kingdom. Aletheia IMS is proud to continue its support for the UK's & NATO's Military Organisations.

 Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) is the authorised manufacturer and distributor of Rani and Barbican brands and the licensed manufacturer in the Middle East for VIMTO. In 2014, ACCBC acquired a majority stake in the National Beverage Company S.A.L. (NBC), becoming the manufacturer and distributor of Coca-Cola, Pampa, and several other brands in Lebanon.

 

 ACCBC and Rani Refreshments, the global trademark owner of Rani and Barbican, were established in 2012 following the successful establishment of a partnership between The Coca-Cola Company and Aujan Industries.

 

 ACCBC owns three manufacturing facilities located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; Dubai, UAE and Beirut, Lebanon. In 2014, the company announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Cairo, Egypt.

Aletheia IMS Personnel complete the Review & Configuration of Bergen Pipe Supports UK Ltd's new Q-Pulse Quality Management System provided by our partner Gael. Pipe Supports UK Ltd. (PSL) is the Global Head Office of the Pipe Supports Group. The Company is located in the heart of the UK, providing financial management, strategic planning & quality assurance support for the Group. In a modern purpose-built plant PSL manufactures the full Bergen range of supports, apart from High-Density PUF. 

 

Furthermore, Aletheia IMS have also asssited with the Configuration of the Q-Pulse system for Pipe Supports India based in Chennai. We have also provided both group and one to one training for all Pipe Supports personnel. 

 

Established in 1968, Pipe Supports Limited was born out of her parent company, British Industrial Engineering to provide a comprehensive range of pipe supporting equipment to the power generation and petro-chemical industries. Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Strategic Review, Configuration & Training for Envirochem's new Q-Pulse QMS Software by Gael Ltd.

Envirochem offer reliability and efficiency through the collaboration of more than 50 full-time members of staff including consultants, project managers, chemists, analysts, surveyors and laboratory technicians each holding British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) certification applicable to their role and mobile laboratories to enable on-site analysis.

Their head office, managed by seasoned experts of the asbestos industry with the help of a growing administrative team, is located in the town of Fareham, Hampshire on the south coast of England. They are positioned between two major cities and work very hard to meet the needs of all of their clients, and maintain a fast turn around as required by the industry.

They also have a regional branch in the city of Bristol, within the south-west of England. This recent development has enabled them to expand into new regions, improve efficiently, spread workload and reduce call out times.

Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Health review and Incident Management process configuration for Research Sites Restoration Ltd's Q-Pulse Integrated Management System.

Aletheia IMS Personnel complete the training of Bericap's personnel for the further development of the Q-Pulse Quality Management System Software. Personnel included the IT Manager, Quality Manager and Key Training/HR Staff.

Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Strategic Review & Configuration of Harada Industries Europe's Q-Pulse Quality Management System. Personnel have also completed the training of Harada's staff in including their Asset Manager, Quality Manager, IT Manager, Traning Manager & HR Manager.

Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Review & Configuration of Birmingham University Hospitals NHS Trust's new Q-Pulse Enterprise Edition by Gael Ltd. Additionally, staff have also completed all Training required by the Hospital for their new system.

 

Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB), which is run by University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB), is recognised as one of the leading hospitals in Europe and has an international reputation for quality of care, informatics/IT, clinical training and research.

QEHB provides direct clinical services to nearly 800,000 patients every year, serving a regional, national and international population. It is a regional centre for cancer, trauma, renal dialysis, burns and plastics, and has the largest solid organ transplantation programme in Europe. The Liver Unit celebrated its 30th year of transplantation in 2012.

Aletheia IMS secures sub-contract extension in support of Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) QMS Contract to the NATO Support Agency (NSPA) at Kabul International Airport (KAIA), Afghanistan. Personnel shall be involved the Integrated Management, (Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety) auditing for NSPA contracts. AIMS personnel shall deploy as APOD Support Services Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE). This shall also include contract compliance auditing. Aletheia IMS is proud to continue its support for CTC, NSPA and Afghanistan.

Aletheia IMS personnel complete the Installation, Configuration & Training of WOW Air Iceland personnel on the new SMS Software, Q-Pulse by Gael Ltd at Reikjavik Airport, Iceland. WOW air was founded in November 2011 and took its maiden flight to Paris on 31st May 2012. WOW air always tries to stand up to its name: we want to be WOW in all that we do. The company’s strategy is to always provide fun and memorable service, as well as offering the lowest price airline tickets to and from Iceland, with a smile. We put great emphasis on punctuality and are proud to be able to say we have been the most punctual at Keflavík International Airport in recent months.

 

At the end of October 2012 WOW air took over Iceland Express flight operations, leading to increased frequencies to London and Copenhagen, as well as offering flights to Berlin, Salzburg over ski season, and Warsaw and Kaunas over Christmas. In summer 2013 the company will offer an exciting timetable of flights to 14 destinations: London, Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Milan, Zurich, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Lyon, Alicante, Vilnius and Warsaw.

In October WOW air took delivery of a new Airbus A320 aeroplane, 2010 model. This is the first plane of four new Airbus A320s which WOW air will take into use from this spring. The planes will be the newest jets being used for scheduled flights to and from Iceland by an Icelandic airline and all on-board facilities are second to none. The new Airbus A320 planes are much more fuel efficient and they also pollute significantly less. Both support WOW air in its quest to consistently offer the lowest prices to and from Iceland, and to do what is right. JMC Engineering

Aletheia IMS completes the installation, configuration and training for JMC Engineering's new Q-Pulse system by Gael Ltd. JMC Engineering is a new Division of JMC Recruitment Solutions Ltd who shall be providing Aviation Engineering to numerous Airlines around the UK. Their Prime Service Contract is currently with FlyBe. JMC Engineering shall be utilising its new system for the attainment of their EASA Pt 145 Certification and eventual ISO 9001:2008 & AS 9100 Certifications. Aletheia IMS is proud to continue it's relationship with the UKs Aviation Industry. 

Aletheia IMS personnel have completed the Training of Airborne Systems Ltd's staff for their Integrated Management System, as it continues to be rolled out across new departments and locations.

North East Ambulance Service

Aletheia IMS has completed the Strategic Review of North East Ambulance Service's Quality Management System in preparation for the upgrade of their Q-Pulse QMS from V4 to V5. NEAS HQ is a large Emergency Healthcare provider covering the entire North East of England operating 58 Ambulance Stations from Berwick to Newcastle to Darlington. Aletheia IMS is proud to continue its support for NEAS and the NHS.

EXPAT Management Solutions

Aletheia IMS secures the Contract to provide 3 Quality Management Plans in Support of it's Clients Technical Proposals for tender. These Technical Proposals relate to the Supply & Distribution of Aviation and Mechanical Petrols, Oils & Lubricants (POL) to the Afghanistan National Security Forces (ANSF) and U.S Government Assets in Kabul, Afghanistan.

NATO/CTC Contract Award



Aletheia IMS Secures Contract in Support of Concurent Technologies Corporations & NATO Support Agency (NSPA) for provision of QMS Services at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan OY2, Contract Year 5.

 

This shall concentrate on the Auditing of APOD, Infrastructure & Utilities contract areas on behalf for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) for the client NATO Support Agency (NSPA). 

Q-Pulse at Karstens UK

Aletheia IMS personnel have commenced the Implementation and Configuration of a new Q-Pulse V5.9 system for Karstens UK. KUK are a South African company who specialise in Global Distribution of fruit from the World market. They currently have offices in Lincolnshire, UK, Cape Town, South Africa and in Shanghai, China. The system should be complete and operational by the middle of December.

Q-Pulse at West Middlesex University Hospital

Aletheia IMS personnel completed the installation, configuration & implementation of West Middlesex University Hospital's Pathology Departments new Q-Pulse Quality Management System software by Gael Quality. Training on the new system also provided to Administrators and Primary personnel. Good luck to WMUH for the future development of your system.

Q-Pulse at Joy Global Mining

Aletheia IMS have assisted in the modernisation and optimisation of Joy Global's existing Q-Pulse system. This project has had several complex issues involving combining 3 databases into 1 over four dispirate sites. Additionally, an upgrade from V4.2 to V5.9. Furthermore, Aletheia IMS personnel have completed Q-Pulse training for all necessary Joy Global Personnel.

Q-Pulse at East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust

Aletheia IMS personnel have assisted in the undertaking of a major Q-Pulse Implementation and Configuration in conjunction with personnel from LTC Ltd. The project ranged over 4 Hospitals and 6 different departments including:

 

  • CT/Radiology
  • Pathology
  • Breast Screening
  • Nuclear Medicine
  • Pharmacy
  • Therapies

 

Additionally, training of all appropriate EKHT personnel to Administrator level as well as basic Operator level. A significant project with a successful outcome.
